Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Account Creation & Security
To create an account on 403, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person is permitted only one account — multiple accounts per user are not allowed. If duplicate accounts are detected, 403 reserves the right to close all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is prohibited. 403 may request identity documents or other verification materials to validate your account. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Registering with false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on 403 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via local mobile payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, and the minimum withdrawal amount is set separately. Deposits are generally processed within a few minutes, while withdrawals are completed within 48 hours at most. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited. If any transaction is deemed suspicious, 403 may suspend or cancel it and notify the relevant authorities. Withdrawing funds derived from bonuses requires fulfillment of the associated wagering requirements.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
The 403 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 403's liability for technical errors, service interruptions, or data loss is limited. If a bet or transaction is cancelled due to a technical issue, 403 will make reasonable efforts to provide an equivalent resolution where possible.
All content on the 403 website — including logos, designs, software, and games — is protected by intellectual property law. Users may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content.

Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
403 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: breach of Terms & Conditions, evidence of fraud, operating multiple accounts, or suspicious financial activity. Where an account is to be closed, 403 will make reasonable efforts to notify the user by email.
Users may request to close their own account. Any withdrawable balance will be paid out, but active bonuses will be forfeited. Options to reactivate a closed account are limited.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the 403 platform will be resolved in accordance with applicable international and local laws. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
